James graduated from UWA in 1982. He owned a practice in Denmark (WA) for 9 years before becoming part of Hill Bayford and Associates Dental Centre in 1997. During his journey with HBA (24 years and counting), he has forged long-term relationships with many of his patients.

At UWA, James tutored dental students part-time for 5 years starting from 2007. His favourite instruments in dentistry are dental floss and the toothbrush. These are the tools he teaches his patients to use themselves and prevent the need for dental surgery.

In his spare time, James loves to go fishing, walking, and biking, and grow vegetables and flowers. He supports Perth Glory, Fremantle Dockers, Western Warriors, and Tottenham FC.

​James has played a big role in making HBA a preferred dentist in Innaloo, Doubleview, Woodlands and surrounding areas.

Rubin joined the team at HBA in 2007. Graduating from UWA in 2004, he has worked in Karratha, Quairading, Narrogin, and Mandurah and volunteered in India with Dentists Abroad, finally becoming a partner at Hill Bayford Dental in 2011. He was a part-time clinical supervisor at OHCWA (UWA) for the Final Year Dental Students, a role he enjoyed for 4 years from 2013.

Rubin gets a lot of criticism for being a Chelsea Football Club supporter! He’s constantly coming up with contraptions to keep the snails from his 'Veggie Patches' and building cardboard box forts for his three children.

Rubin enjoys all aspects of dentistry, focusing particularly on preventive dentistry.

Chinh joined the Hill Bayford team in 2003, bringing a female perspective to our dental practice. During that time, she also tutored dental students at OHCWA (UWA). Her attention to detail and natural rapport with children makes her perfect to work with families.

​Chinh keeps busy caring for her 8-year-old son on her days off as well as pursuing her hobby of making and decorating cakes. She also enjoys dining out with her husband and son and catching up with friends and family.

Her years of experience and the ability to make everyone relaxed in the dental chair, including children, is one of the many reasons HBA is a recommended dentist in Doubleview, Innaloo, Woodlands, Scarborough and surrounds!
 

Siany joined Hill Bayford in 2015 after graduating with honours from UWA. She’s passionate about all aspects of dentistry and enjoys providing excellent overall care. You can always find her in the clinic helping anxious patients to feel at home, with her gentle, easy-going nature.

Siany starts her day at the gym or with a run, which means she’s bouncing with energy by the time you see her at work. She is also a dog lover and enjoys nothing more than a coastal walk and coffee with her husband and her adorable pup Dempsey.

She’s passionate about educating her patients and enjoys treating the whole family from the little ones to the older generations. Siany finds it rewarding when she helps her patients rediscover the confidence to smile again. She’s one of the pillars that make HBA a trusted dentist for Woodlands, Doubleview, and Innaloo families.

Tracey graduated from UWA with honours in 1993 and joined HBA ental in 2022. Over the years she has worked in several locations, both public and private, and continues to tutor UWA dental students part-time, a job she has held for 22 years.

 

Tracey loves to be outdoors, in her spare time can be found running, cycling or at the beach with her dog Frisbee. She has 2 daughters, both of whom will shortly be finishing their university degrees (but sadly not in dentistry). Her other great love is talking.

 

She has a great interest in volunteerism, being a committee member of Healing Smiles, and she also helps out at the St Pat's community centre for the homeless in Fremantle.

 

Melinda graduated from Curtin University in 1998 and joined Hill Bayford and Associates in 2012. Her experience and excellent skills are an asset to our practice. Only a few consultations with her can help you restore the natural beauty of your teeth and achieve optimal oral health.

In her spare time, Melinda enjoys camping and going on family holidays with her husband and two loving children. She enjoys keeping fit by playing hockey on the weekends and walking her dog.
